OS Name/Version: Proxmox hypervisor running Ubuntu 24.04 LTS Linux VM

Problem Description:

AMP instance IcarusServer01 is now running.
Instance IcarusServer01 has stopped
ADS logged stopped instance Server01 - exit code 32 (NO_LICENCE)
An attempt to reactivate this instance was performed within the last 5 minutes, not retrying.
```
Steps to reproduce:
- Step 1 - started server and OS updates and each time i get msg above
- Step 2
- Step 3
Actions taken to resolve so far:
Google Exit Code 32 - followed the following from Cubecoders support page

you need to reactivate your instances. in Command Prompt/Powershell run “ampinstmgr reactivateall” so i opened a Putty Session and ran the command and entered my license number. still the same result. attempted to restart the AMP instance without success. then rebooted the VM again without success.
I am out of ideas to try, please advise.
Addition,
Could this problem be because i restored and converted an ESXI backup on a Proxmox system?? What can i say, VMware ESXI licensing is now a major issue. Thoughts?
