Victory is near! If the UI in DB Browser is giving you that sweet, sweet “Delete Record” button, you can absolutely use it—no need to run manual SQL queries unless you’re feeling particularly adventurous today.
Here’s the game plan:
- Highlight the Ghost Entries: Select each redundant datastore entry row you want to remove. You’ve already confirmed the paths—so there’s no guessing involved.
- Click “Delete Record”: Use the button in the UI to nuke those rows. Do this one by one, double-checking you’ve only selected the ones you want to remove.
- Commit Changes: Once you’ve deleted the ghost entries, click “Write Changes” or similar to save your edits to
datastore.dat. This step is critical—if you close without saving, the ghosts will remain!
After committing, restart AMP and check if the pesky datastores are finally gone from the AMP dashboard. Report back if they’ve been successfully laid to rest, or if we’ve got more ghostbusting to do! ![]()
