Hi everyone! Like many of you we’re going to be enjoying some hard earned rest and spend some time with our family and loved ones.
The last day that general support will be available is December 22nd 2025, and normal service will resume on January 5th 2026. Billing support will still be available most days but with reduced availability and responsiveness.
The following days will receive no service at all and any requests submitted on these days will be addressed in the order they are received once normal service resumes:
- December 25th, 26th, 31st 2025
- January 1st 2026
2025 has been the biggest year ever for CubeCoders, at time of writing nearly 20,000 of you can be found in our Discord server at any given time and we’ve continued to grow hugely during this year. In 2026 we look forward to bringing on our first full-time engineer who will be starting in February to work on AMP.
We really can’t wait to see what the new year brings and we’ll see you all on the other side
