Problem Description:

Steps to reproduce:
- Step 1 Create new instance
- Step 2 try to click on manage instance
- Step 3 Failed to login to remote instance
Actions taken to resolve so far:
Run ampinstmgr --nocache upgradeall
‘ampinstmgr --StopAllInstances’
‘ampinstmgr --UpgradeAll --no-cache’
‘Reinstalled docker desktop multiple times’
tried editing settings
reset password on admin account
amp is under docker-user group
my user is under docker-use group
along with network services
