We really enjoy your service, however we would need one more week to try things out on our architecture, is it possible to extend the refund warranty period?

Hi! The software isn’t refundable after it has been activated unless there’s a defect in it. If you come across issues or need assistance with setup do reach out and we’ll be glad to help you get going!
