Exit code 32 (NO_LICENCE) Error

OS Name/Version: Windows 10 x64

Product Name/Version: (Always use the full version number - not ‘Latest’) Triton v2.3.4.4

Problem Description: Whenever I try and start an instance I receive the error: exit code 32 (NO_LICENCE).

Steps to reproduce:

Step 1: Start an instance
Step 2
Step 3

Actions taken to resolve so far:
Googled.
Ran ampinstmgr reactivateall with a developer license.
Ended up reinstalling Windows and resetting up AMP.

Note: I am running AMP through a VPN, and my license key says 55/5 uses since I’m assuming every time I run the reactivate command it adds more.

Are there other ports that need to be forwarded?

Reactivating with a developer licence alone is not sufficient to start AMP, reactivate with a Pro/Network/Etc licence.

Reactivated with my professional key, was able to start an instance until I restarted the computer. Then received the same error.

Try changing the windows service to delayed startup to avoid it losing its activation.

I’m using hardwire and yes, I do have a VPN setup to pass through
