Truenas Scale VM - Ubuntu Server 24.04.1
Problem Description:
I am trying to download amp and I am getting an error right at the end of the install process. I get to the part where it asks the questions I answer No to docker, yes to java, yes to steam, no to http, click enter. Starts download and then I get this error
I am not sure what this means and I would like some help thank you.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create Ubuntu VM on Truenas Scale
- Go through ubuntu install
- Install AMP with
bash <(wget -qO- getamp.sh) - Go through amp install
- Answer no to docker, yes to java yes to steam and no to http, then press enter
- Wait for install and then get error
Actions taken to resolve so far:
I have deleted and restarted the Truenas scale VM twice doing the exact steps above.
I have tried to delete and reinstall the whole VM for a third time using Ubuntu 24.04 instead of the version above and still same problem. It seems like no instance is being open I did ‘’‘ampinstmgr status’‘’ and I got this:
