Hello Kaesius,
I finally decide to choose another option. I change provider to have a real DEDICATED Server and not a VPS. I Choose une higher frequency cpu and now it works well !!!
The problem with Enshrouded is the multi threading is not working well and the game use mainly a single core so the performance not depend on the core number but on the frequency. So i choose a processor with a higher max frequency !
