Task
I don’t get the correct CPU Usage in the Metrics. Only 0%, but in my VM Manager I can see that the instance is take much more than 0%.

Reproduction Steps
- Just followed the standard installation and look in the cpu usage.
- Install the Instances
- Go to Manage the Instances and look into status
