OS Name/Version:
Cisco ESXI 7.0
Ubuntu 20.04 (VM)
Product Name/Version: AMP Release “Phobos” v1.6.1.4
Problem Description:
I am able to start other servers such as Minecraft and Rust. These will allow me to connect and play without issue after starting, however Enshrouded has been a recurring issue where after it is created and/or started, it is highlighted in orange on the instances panel and has “starting” instead of “running”. This has continued on through the night and the status remained the same.
Upon opening the console after waiting a while, nothing will show and I will have to restart the service via the AMP Control Panel. Immediately after running, it seems to hang up here in the console:
There was a brief moment yesterday where some lines followed afterwards, but I’ve been unable to replicate this as the console will usually show nothing if I wait too long.
IPC function call IClientNetworking::IsP2PPacketAvailable took too long: 65 msec
Another thing to note is that when trying to terminate the AMP instance in the Ubuntu VM, it says “permission denied” even when running under the AMP admin user.
Steps to reproduce:
- Step 1 - Create Enshrouded instance
- Step 2 - Run Enshrouded instance
- Step 3 - Enshrouded is stuck on “Starting”
Actions taken to resolve so far:
-Reinstall AMP
-Recreate instance
-Modify VM settings (which I don’t know if this is the issue since other games continue to work)
