Dear Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I’m reaching out for assistance regarding our AMP licenses. We’ve purchased both an AMP Professional License and an Advanced License, and would like to confirm whether it’s possible to use both licenses within the same network environment.
Our setup involves hosting AMP game servers internally on a LAN, with occasional exposure to the internet for public gameplay. We’ve installed AMP on two servers:
-
Windows Server 2019 – using the Advanced License
-
Ubuntu Server 24.04 – using the Professional License
While the Windows Server is functioning as expected, the Ubuntu Server is currently unable to create instances. We’re unsure whether this is a licensing issue, a configuration conflict, or something else.
Could you please advise whether this dual-license setup is supported, and assist us in resolving the issue on the Linux server?
Thank you in advance for your support.
Kind regards,
Manie Booyse
