Hi, in the pricing options, one of the major features between the different licenses is the amount of instances.
Is an instance defined as a running server or just the mere presence of a server?
Can I have a Starter license and only run 5 different servers at once while having 15 different other servers that are shutdown, and hot potato them around depending on what is being played?
