Recently I started using AMP and noticed that the console does not process Cyrillic, as well as some Cyrillic commands. Instead of words, the console displays question marks. Perhaps there is some setting to fix this?
You need to enable UTF-8 in the Minecraft server by adding -Dfile.encoding=UTF8 as a custom argument.
