i dont know how to mod gmod or any other game.

  • buy amp
  • activate amp
  • realize you dont know how to mod
  • ask support how to mod

@Bacon3682 You can typically use File Manager or the SFTP button in the top right of the File Manager to upload any mods for games in AMP. For Source games, I believe the workshop downloads work under the SteamCMD and Updates menu.
