Problem Description
Issue
im trying to add steam workshop mods to my server, and have typed out the numbers separated by colons all in one line. now it wont start 
Reproduction Steps
- added mods indented with colons
- started server, logged on no problem. no mods present
- closed server, deleted indents for workshop mods, made into one line
- tried to start server, server wont boot
