Hi !

I am having issues on the Xaero’s World Map mod installation. I followed the tutorial to install mod on Hostinger server, but it is still not working. I tried different versions of this mod but it never worked.
Do you know where this may come from ? Can you help me finding out ?

Reproduction Steps

  • Downloading mod fil (.jar)
  • Install Forge version on Server Settings
  • Matching version of mod and forge version (1.18.2)
  • Created file directory called “mods”
  • Drop .jar file of the Xaero’s World Map mod into “maps” directory
  • Started and launched server
  • The mod’s not working

Hi,

The Xaero’s Minimap is a mod, so the entire jar file without being modified must go into the mods folder, otherwise it will not work. Not sure why you put the file into the maps directory.
Another thing: the Xaero’s mod is a clientside mod, that doesn’t need to be included in the server (and of course, it’s mandatory for the client side).
