Customization with Minecraft - Was working fine, started crashing after a few weeks

Problem Description

Issue

Mods.toml can’t be read. After crashing tried to reinstall/update mods, got the same issue even when I tried only putting singular mods in. Tried different versions of Java as well. Seems to be an issue with forge. Ran well for a long time.
