Make sure you’re not uploading the client manifest zip, and that you’re uploading and unzipping the server pack zip.
You get the server pack zip from the modpack’s page (under Additional Files) and upload that.
If you’ve already done that, you can get the correct Forge version from your launcher, or in the bottom corner of the MC main menu screen.
