Customization with Minecraft - server says certain mods aren't downloaded

Problem Description

Issue

I’ve tried with multiple modpacks and everytime 50-70 mods that are literally in the mods folder in the file manager say they arent on there.

Reproduction Steps

  • i configure minecraft to right forge version
  • i add mods folder and add a better minecraft modpack and deceased minecraft modpack
  • i add better minecraft modpack and it doesnt work
  • get rid of that and then try deceased minecraft modpack and that doesnt work either

You put only the mod jars in the mods folder? If the mods are in some zip or inside another folder they won’t load.
Eg, if they’re in mods/someotherfolder/*.jar they won’t load
(both those modpacks work when configured correctly)
