Problem Description
Issue
I am having trouble with the mod “GlitchCore”. I have added it to both the server’s file manager mod folder as well as Minecraft’s game file mod folder. When I go to load the game though it says that it lost connection because "Channel of mod “GlitchCore” failed to connect: This channel is missing on the server side, but required on the client. I am not sure what is causing this as I have made sure many times that the mod is in the server folder and that they are the same version of the mod.
Reproduction Steps
- Manually added mods to the server fild manager.
- Added those same mods to the minecraft game folder.
- Loaded up the game and then tried to connect to the server using the IP.
- Game says it lost connection saying “Channel of mod “GlitchCore” failed to connect: This channel is missing on the server side, but required on the client!”
