Problem Description

Issue

I have tried to make a modded Minecraft server, but following your tutorials on how to add mods from the game panel itself does not work for me, when I turn on the server it does not let me start it. And then I tried to create the server from curseforge with a YouTube tutorial, and everything is perfect, on other servers it allows me to play with the mods and everything is perfect, but then when I try to enter the hosting server, when I enter the mods they do not there is none

Reproduction Steps

  • I have searched for solutions on the internet and nothing appears to solve the error.
  • I have spoken with curseforge technical support, and they have told me that they cannot do anything, that it is not their fault, that it is a fault of the hosting server
  • I have tried following hostinger tutorials on how to set up servers with mods, but when it comes to starting the server it won’t let me

This is not Hostinger support, this is the forum for AMP. (Hostinger has not set their support URL in the panel, so it defaults to here)
Best I can suggest is that you read the log to see what went wrong

and where can i find the support? Because on the hostinger page I try to ask for help in support and they tell me that they are not specialized in that and they cannot help me

I’m not sure in that case, but as an enterprise AMP user they should be providing you support
