Problem Description

Issue

Every time the same world is created in my server, even if I change the seed, delete the world directory, put my world, that I create locally, in the server. I’m not sure what I can do. Maybe it’s some world automatic backup from Hostinger?

Reproduction Steps

  • Install forge and mods
  • Start the server
  • See that the world is the same
  • Stop the server and delete the world directory
  • Download my world

Make sure that the world name matches what you have selected under Server Settings.
If you run into further issues I would suggest reaching out to Hostinger support, this is the support forum for AMP, which is the panel that Hostinger uses.

Ok, I think my doubt is with AMP, because I didn’t configure anything in Hostinger, only in the panel.

The name is always “world”. I have not changed this

Update!
I think I’ve solved the problem.
I deleted the server on minecraft, then I renamed the level name in AMP to ‘test’.
After that I started the server and added the server again on Minecraft.
The world seems new now.

I guess it was Journey Map that has cache of the previous map of my server. Then even if I deleted the world, JourneyMap was opening the same map.
