Problem Description

Issue

Hello, I am contacting you because of a connection problem on my modded minecraft server. After installing forge for the mods I launch my game with the same version but when I want to join the server it says ‘connection timed out: no further information’.

Reproduction Steps

  • Installed forge in the right version (on the server and in my game)
  • I can play in the server without forge (if no mods are installed on the server)
  • With forge on my minecraft the server tell me ‘connection timed out: no further information’
  • Impossible to join the server

Try and use the VPS’s IP instead of the domain Hostinger gave you. (found in the VPS info they gave you, not in AMP)

I don’t try this yet but thanks for your help ! I found the problem, I just change the server IP (it’s basic IPv4 and I’ve changed it to IPv6 and it works).
