Customization with Minecraft - Can't figure out how to add Resource packs, Mods works

Problem Description

Issue

I wanted to add a mod pack that I downloaded from Modrith, I and playing the mod-pack through curse forge and it works in single player, however when I try to play my mod-pack in the server I am hosting, I couldn’t figure out how to put the resource packs into the servers files.

Reproduction Steps

• WinSCP connected SFTP
• Added Mods
• added resource pack folder(didn’t work)

Easiest is to install the resource packs on the client, otherwise you need to find some file-hosting service like Dropbox so you can add the resource pack download URL to the server’s settings.
