Problem Description
Issue
Following the steps above doesn’t download the mods. In the server logs I can see it loads the mods but it doesn’t have a file path and they are not loaded when I connect to the server.

The mods are also not in the file manager so they are not downloaded in the first place
Reproduction Steps
- Fresh arma 3 instance
- set load mods and load server mods to 3020755032;450814997;
- update the instance
SOLVED
I managed to fix it, if anyone comes across this issue in the future add the ids to configuration > updates > steam workshop items
