Problem Description
Issue
I initially subscribed to the cheapest plan ($10) to test the hosting service, and I’ve found that the service fully meets my expectations. However, the current plan has limited instances, and I need control over approximately 10 instances. The next plan, priced at $20, would suit my needs well. I’d like to inquire if it’s possible to pay the price difference, deactivating my current $10 plan and paying an additional $10 to upgrade to the $20 plan. I am based in Brazil, and unfortunately, paying the full $20 is challenging for me. I kindly request your understanding and assistance with this matter.
