Problem Description

Issue

How can I modify an existing instance to convert it to the Linux Server version instead of the Windows Server version?

Reproduction Steps

  • I installed Palworld. Underlying system is using the Docker option.
  • I noticed AMP is using the Windows version of the server. I need the Linux version for compatabliity with my Game Backups.
  • My game saves are incompatable.

You must have installed the Palworld (Modded) version, which uses the Windows server under Wine since the UE4SS plugin is only built for Windows.

You will need to create a new, normal Palworld instance to have the Linux binaries.
