Problem Description

Issue

there are no guides on the internet and I cant seem to get it to start. server almost acts like its boot looping, slowly fills up memory then jumps to zero usage. before It started doing this it would have trouble parsing certain files.

Reproduction Steps

  • created instance with correct version of forge and java
  • created server on home pc, then sent files to instance.
  • tried increasing the memory to 8GB as per min requirements

Your best bet to understand what’s going on would be to read the log.
Be sure that you used the server pack zip from curseforge and that you didn’t just upload your client mods, as that won’t work.

quite a few different errors

edit: its this error over and over with different files listed from multiple mods

(Note, this is not Hostninger support, they don’t set their support URL so it defaults to here).
You could try deleting the modpack files and re-upload things over SFTP. Something could’ve gotten borked the first go around.

Have you considered turning off default support in the next update?

That’s not a me thing, that’s a Mike thing. I’ve already suggested disabling it for Enterprise setups to avoid all this lol
