Create a modded Minecraft server with the modpack Feed The Beast (New Source)

Problem Description:

I want to create a modded Minecraft server with the modpack Feed The Beast (New Source) → FTB Presents Direwolf20 1.19 (v1.12.0).

Unfortunately it does not recognize the .jar file. As I read, you should then install Minecraft Forge, which also does not work.

Can someone please explain the steps again?

These types of server don’t use a jar file, so the steps you follow are:

• Pick the modpack you want
• Install it
• Change the server type to ‘forge’
• Change the forge version to the version of forge used by the modpack.

AMP will then know how to correctly start the server.

I did. Unfortunately I get the following error message:

Error: Main class @libraries.net.minecraftforge.forge.1.20-46.0.14.unix_args.txt could not be found or loaded.

You’re using the wrong Java version. You probably need to select Java 17.
