Problem Description: i am ran into crashing issues every time i do remote instance it giving error some odd reason once ads shutdown i cannot reset the ads until i reboot doing that every time i modify other instances not local
Steps to reproduce:
- upgrade to 2.4.0.8
- login any remote instance using local ads
- then when resetting ads port in used
- reboot, then repeat
Actions taken to resolve so far: only reboot, but unable to solve this

ok i have fixed the bind issues on 0.0.0.0 to ip after each crash no longer kill on port using, now crash on latest error shown above
soo 0.0.0.0 is known issues for port issues
change 127.0.0.1 or lan ip as default not 0.0.0.0 on windows only
not sure of Linux not tested
