Counter-Strike 2 update problem!

Hello, dear APM developers, I have a problem with updating CS 2. The problem is that after the latest update of the game, it does not update for me. If the metamod is installed, when updating, it displays this:

even if I disable metamod, this problem is not fixed and CS2 itself is not updated, and every time a CS2 update comes out, I have to delete the server and download and configure it again, please write what the problem is? Can someone please answer why when the metamod is enabled the CS2 game file does not update, I no longer know who to contact on this issue

Post actual AMP logs if you expect anyone to be able to assist

Here are the logs of the server, today I installed the server, it starts, it works, but it doesn’t update

If you need more information, write what I will send you.

What’s the Support and Updates page show for this instance?

If that’s what you’re talking about, then here it is

This problem is only for CS2 and this problem appeared after the latest update, then there were no problems at all

Nothing jumps out from that

Though you have exposed your GSLT - you should generate a new one xD

One thing you could try is deleting steamcmd.exe in the instance datastore (it’s in counter-strike2 directory when you access from the ADS file manager) and try updating again

After deleting Steamcmd.exe, the console started showing the update, but why do I have to delete Steamcmd.exe with each update and then update? And the AMP update came out today, does it fix the problem if I update AMP? I noticed after I install metmod, this problem appears

You shouldn’t have to. Sometimes the SteamCMD install seems to be corrupted. Entirely unrelated to Metamod

I didn’t test much the problem is that when I deleted Steamcmd.exe and update the game and then connect the metamod, after installing the metamod the same problem occurs, I click on the update button in the console 2 rows of the table and everything is as in the picture

this is what it shows
SteamCMD
CPID: 4480
CPID: 11460
and I have to delete Steamcmd.exe again in order to update if an update has been released

What does “connect the metamod” mean?

For the test, I created a new server and disabled the installation of metamod and CSSharp in the CS2 settings
CS 2 updates without problems if the game server is loaded by default and there were no changes in the game server settings, but when I change the game mode in the settings, for example, to competitive, and also change the Player Limit, I have a problem with the update, which I described above in the picture, that is, when I click the update button in the command line, it writes only 2 lines like “SteamCMD
CPID: 4480
CPID: 11460”
I looked at the logs and this is what is written there
“[10:30:14] [RCON:admin Info/29]: Source RCON disconnecting…
[10:30:14] [RCON:admin Info/28]: Source RCON disconnected
[10:30:15] [RCON:admin Info/29]: Source RCON disconnected
[10:30:15] [API:admin Activity/23] : Updating application.
CPID: 8796
[10:30:16] [steamcmdplugin:admin Info/23] : Updating SteamCMD successfully
CPID: 9264
[10:30:16] [steamcmdplugin:admin Info/23] : Updating SteamCMD successfully”
I realized that when you make some changes to the game server, after that the game does not update anymore until I delete SteamCMD.exe and update the game, and this method deletes all my settings for the server, and I have to configure the server again. How can I fix this problem? CS 2 updates are released every week, and I can’t delete SteamCMD.exe and update the server and configure the game server again every time.

Sorry, none of what you are saying makes any sense in terms of how AMP works

I can’t update CS2 via AMP, please help me with this and not look for the meaning, it works like AMP, via AMP my game server, which I tested and looked at the problem, and also children’s logs, help me solve the problem, if possible, not delete Steamcmd.exe but somehow update in Manual, then explain how I can do this.
