when restarting wreckfest server UDP port isnt listening 9 times out of ten fix this please

Reproduction Steps

  • restart server, when its started UDP port isnt listening
  • restart again
  • restart until it does after like 5 restarts

Ask the Wreckfest devs to fix it (tho they won’t).The server’s port handling is broken, has been that way for years
