Problem Description
Issue
This is an oracle cloud machine with a Canonical-Ubuntu-20.04-Minimal-2024.10.08-0 image. I have added the udp ports from 2456 - 2458 to the ingress rules section of the subnet and followed the steps in the Using AMP on Oracle Cloud page. I am able to connect via the public ip to the console via 22 and to the amp page via 8080. I am even able to connect to the file manager (though only through port 2223 as port 2224 would not work). I am just trying to get this server working any tips would be greatly appreciated. At one point it did allow me to connect but after I failed to input the correct password I added the extra ingress rule to allow me to use the file manager and when I attempted to connect again it was back to telling me it could not connect.
Reproduction Steps
- Attempt to connect using the ip 150.136.48.219:2456
- Connect for a while
- Sends you back to the main menu
** Quick edit just to note the server was not sleeping when I attempted to connect I made sure it was always fully online.
