Problem Description

Issue

When the server is started up and in a full ready state SFTP, Server port +2 and RCON port show green. I find that this means little as I have turned off the port forwarding for those ports and they stay lit green. We are unable to see the server on any listing. I have enlisted a cohort who helps admin our servers and he is experiencing the same problem. Please advise as to our next steps.

Reproduction Steps

  • Reconfigured the port forwarding into three separate categories on the router.
  • Remapped the ports being used within the instance and matched the router to the same.
  • Attempted direct connect within 7 days. Am able to make initial connection but get the response that server is still starting up. This is not the case as the server has come to a ready state. Let sit for 30 min to confirm.
  • Installed another instance on this machine with a different game. Set the ports as listed by default for that game (Conan Exiles) and it works. This confirms that the router is port forwarding and that the Firewall is currenly down on the PC (I did this for testing purpose but have inbound and outbound rules ready to put back in place)
