Problem Description

Issue

I cant connect to the server. I open the game with steam and get “server is not responding”. The ports all show green on the dashboard except there’s an “idk” port that is red. Not sure what this means.

Reproduction Steps

  • Use “steam port” with "steam relay’ to connect
  • Try using domain name or raw IP
  • Admin account or normal user
  • TCP and UDP ports all forwarded. Showing green circles in dashboard. (Except for the “idk” one)
