Problem Description

Issue

I just started this new server and when I attempt to login, I get the message Username tried to join with an invalid session in my console server and in my game

Reproduction Steps

  • Restarted server
  • restarted game
  • logged in and out of my modrinth app

If the exact error is “Failed to verify username”, you can disable “Disallow Proxied Connections” under “Server Settings”.
Otherwise the auth servers could be down in your area (you’d have to wait that out), or it could be a DNS issue on the server PC/machine.
