Problem Description

Issue

i can sftp in just fine on the port 2223 but any instance i make cannot be connected into and the file browser does not work either

Reproduction Steps

  • create new instance
  • start instance and try to connect to sftp
  • check if the ports are open, they are not. cannot connect

Windows can be a bit weird with ports at times.
Double check that the instance isn’t stopped, as that’ll stop the internal SFTP server.
You could try running ampinstmgr updatefirewall in CMD, otherwise you should be able to open the port manually in the firewall.
