Connectivity Problem with Minecraft - Server is going off every 10 minutes

Problem Description

Issue

I go on the server, play 10minutes than i get “Time out” and the server is offline; “pinging…”, when i get back online after 20 seconds the progress from the last session is gone. The issue started last week and every 10 minutes since than this problem appears.

Reproduction Steps

  • I go on the server
  • I play for 10 minutes
  • i got disconnected from server
  • “Timed out”
  • I cant join “pinging…”
  • after 20 seconds i get back on
  • Progress from 10 minutes lost
  • i play 10 more minutes
  • same issue
