Problem Description
Issue
When I attempt to connect to my Minecraft Bedrock server, it loads for a couple of minutes and then returns the error ‘unable to connect to world’. I have tried everything that I can think of, and Hostinger does not have a troubleshooting article on this. Other servers work fine, so I don’t know what the issue is.
Reproduction Steps
- Minecraft told me that I needed to update the server
- Followed help instructions on how to update (stop server, click ‘update’)
- Attempted to connect, Minecraft tries to connect and cannot
- Restarted Minecraft, issue persists
- Restarted computer, issue persists
- Attempted to connect to another server, works fine
- Rebooted VPS
