Connectivity Problem with Minecraft - minecraft bungiee cord proxy

not listening to game port

Reproduction Steps

  • started server on bungie proxy
  • what should i do more? it should work
  • still doesnt work after restarts and all

Did you already follow Diagnosing Connectivity Issues ? Also check with ss -tulpen | grep 12345, replacing 12345 with your port, through SSH to see if the port is listening. Could be AMP displays it wrong. And check the logs. Maybe there is an error.

It’s suggested to use Velocity, as it’s more secure and more performant than BungeeCord. (more info on that here https://discourse.cubecoders.com/t/minecraft-proxies-and-you/17673)

One thing to check would be to see if the bungeecord config has the right port in it
