Problem Description

Issue

Im trying to connect to my own server since yesterday evening and its not working, i tried everything possible. Im not banned, neither ip-banned and neither do i have a firewall active at the server. My friends can join but i cant, the console doesnt even say that im trying to log into the server. I tried different internet connections, tried creating different instances in Curseforge nothing works.

Reproduction Steps

  • Tried to log in
  • server denies and says getsockopt
  • i updates a few mods and created new instances in Curseforge, still didnt work
  • i checked the server files, (banned, banned ips, firewall ect.) everything was empty
  • i tried changing internet connections to change the ip, still didnt work
  • turned off all the firewall and virus defenders on my Pc, still didnt work
  • ran a few command in my console and didnt work neither

Are you playing on the same computer you are hosting your server? There will be issues connecting to a server hosted on the same computer you want to play with.
