Issue

Hello, i have a Problem with your server.
My friends have trouble connecting to your Server. For them it Lags and they have a bad ping. We did a ping test in Windows Command Line and they lost packets, however i didnt. I am able to send you screenshots proving that.

Reproduction Steps

  • Started the server up
  • uploaded our save fiel to the server
  • tried playing

Please understand that this is the forum for AMP, and not Hostinger support, but we’ll try and get you pointed in the right direction.

If your friends are having issues with ping and packet loss and you are not, then that may indicate that the issue is with their internet connections and not the server.
You could try reducing the chunk render distance in the server’s settings to see if the smaller packets help their problem at all.
