Reproduction Steps

  • started server
  • tried to connect
  • connection times out

Usually some sort of network issue, or with modded servers the mod-sync process takes too long.
If it’s a modded server, just try reconnecting a few times to see if it kicks over.

server has plugins but isn’t modded. My network should be fine.

I would suggest double checking your firewall and port forwarding

Do I need to set up Port forwarding on the hostinger vps or is it already enabled?

No clue, we are not Hostinger. I would recommend contacting them if you continue to have networking issues.
