Problem Description

Issue

When trying to connect to my instance on Minecraft it shows that the server is there but I am unable to connect.

Reproduction Steps

  • Created and Started Bedrock Instance
  • attempted to join server that showed the server is up and running and available
  • unable to join server

I’d suggest checking the log, and double checking that the server is online, and that the port is properly forwarded if you’re accessing the server externally.
