Problem Description

Issue

I am not sure if I am using the wrong ip, as i thought it was the ipv4 address. I tested the port number on the server itself and it let me join, but i tried both the console ipv4 address and one from getmyip.com

Reproduction Steps

  • typed in ipv4 address
  • added the port
  • ensured firewall wasnt blocking

On the same network you’d use the LAN IP, one you setup for the server. To connect externally you’d use the IP from that site after you port forward in your router.
