Problem Description

Issue

I’m trying to connect to the instance on minecraft forge using the same address, and same version + same forge version.

It happens with either of my 2 instances, not letting me know if I did the process right or something is missing on the server’s end.

Reproduction Steps

    1. Created the Instance in minecraft version 1.20.1 and forge 47.4.10
    1. Added the corresponding mods
    1. Start the server and wait for it to load correctly
    1. Startup Minecraft and can’t even find the server after putting the address

If you’re using Hostinger try using the IP of the VPS rather than the domain they gave you.

If you’re self-hosting AMP locally, double check that you’re using the correct private IP and port when connecting.
