Problem Description

Issue

We opened the port on the router so that our friends could join the server. We also configured the server (Ubuntu) to make it so just our friends could join the server. When we did the we had all kinds of issues with AMP it wouldn’t let us even open the admin web panel and the whitelisted ips couldn’t join.

Reproduction Steps

  • AMP was updated to the newest version.
  • Router was configured to allow the machine AMP is ran on to port forward the Bedrock game port through UDP/TCP.
  • The machine (Ubuntu(UFW)) was configured to block everything through the Bedrock game port but to also allow the ip of the people that will be joining the server.
