Problem Description
Issue
We have been playing on this server without any issues. However, we just updated the game instance to the latest version, and right after the update, we can no longer connect from any device (neither PC nor mobile).
The connection always gets stuck on “Connecting to external server” and times out. We have already verified the server internal ports and they are up and listening perfectly. There are no firewall settings or blocks on our side causing this. Since it happened immediately after the update, we need you to check if there is an infrastructure or network block preventing our connection.
Reproduction Steps
- We updated the game server instance to the latest version.
- We tried to log in immediately after the update, but we can no longer connect
- We checked the server internal ports and they are listening perfectly.
