Problem Description

Issue

I wasn’t having any issues connecting with minecraft about a week ago, maybe two. My kids cannot connect to it on their tablets either. I have tried to connect via the public IP, and the internal IP. I even deleted / added the port 19132 back on my firewall. still nothing. Reloaded Linux on the server and installed AMP. Tried re-running minecraft and nothing worked.

Reproduction Steps

  • Made a new minecraft server, could not connect still.
  • Reloaded linux and installed AMP, along with minecraft
  • Updated AMP prior to reloading it.

Known issue on Microsoft’s side. Search in the top right of AMP for LAN Visibility and try swapping it.

I literally read your comment a few posts down lol. You’re amazing thank you.
