Problem Description

Issue

Since 2 days I get the error that couldnt verify account. me and my friends use Bought account but the error persist. In log it says: Authentication servers are down. Please try again later, sorry!

Reproduction Steps

  • Start server
  • Try to join server
  • Authentication servers are down. Please try again later, sorry!
  • Restarting sometimes allows to join 1 person but rejoining server is impossible

Check your AMP server’s DNS and IPv6 settings, then if all that checks out, you need to wait for Microsoft to fix the outage

Same Error for me. I Have two installations of AMP (old install where it worked before, brand new install, both show this Error!

Maybe its the new AMP Version?

No it’s nothing to do with AMP. Check your general network configuration.
